The hotel had a peaceful and tranquil location situated at a bank of a large lake. the rooms had a strong and hot shower which was excellent. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food served was of good quality.

The quality of the live music which was played during dinner at the restaurant was poor and dirty tablecloths were used.

We had a fantastic city break in this hotel! The location was perfect, overlooking the beautiful lake and offering a sense of peace and tranquillity. The indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit with our family, and we enjoyed spending time swimming and relaxing in the sun. The spacious room we were given had a great hot shower, which was perfect after a long day exploring the city.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, there were a few things that could be improved. The atmosphere at the restaurant was lacking, and the live music during dinner wasn't to our taste. We also noticed dirty tablecloths, which detracted from the overall experience. While there was a good selection of food on offer, the quality wasn't exceptional. However, these small issues didn't detract from our wonderful stay in this beautiful location.

We had a great weekend with my family at this lakeside hotel. The water park was a hit with everyone, and we also enjoyed the various boat rides and buggy tours that departed right from the hotel pier. The location was perfect with a stunning view of the lake from our room and the outdoor pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The restaurant atmosphere was lacking with live music during dinner, which was not very good. The tablecloths were in need of changing and the food quality was average.

We had an amazing stay! Best aspects include great location with beautiful views, fabulous aquatic park with easy access to boat and buggy adventures, clean and well-equipped facilities, delicious food and convenient parking. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is outstanding, offering breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility and peacefulness. The hotel provides many amenities that enhance comfort and quality, such as the indoor and outdoor pools, spa & wellness center, and rooftop pool. We were impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff, who were attentive and accommodating. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, with delicious food and a bar/lounge area. The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and mini-bar. we had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend it to everyone.
